Porcelain Girl
Awkward and strange
Like a frame left side slanted
Oblivious yet obnoxious
Silent speaker broken nails
Assaulting the porcelain
And the colorful girl
With colorful cries
Tells a lie and swallows down
Felt eyes anxious thoughts die
Staring into the soul
Eating words like paper
On the hardwood floor
Freed drawers lying inside
The body of the stupid verb
That asked for too much
And cried some more
Now she sits with her toys
Dolly stares smiles
Forever friend lovers
And childhood hand warms
The vulnerable misanthrope
That’s shattering on the inside
